Our Failure Analysis program, is a program that is available for all customers and has been proven to save companies money.  With this program, when a well goes down, the pump and motor are brought into our facility for testing and thorough teardown and analysis.  Once Flotek has the pump and motor they will put the equipment through a series of preliminary tests.  If the equipment passes the preliminary tests, they will then put the equipment through a series of efficiency tests.  If the equipment does not pass the efficiency tests, the equipment will be put into a thorough teardown & analysis, determining why the equipment failed.

If the equipment passes the tests, you can re-run the equipment, eliminating the need to purchase brand new equipment.  If you can't re-run the equipment right away, no problem, Flotek will store your good equipment at no extra charge.

Once the tests are completed, the detailed results will then be recorded into the companies Failure Analysis Database.  This database is administered by our own Microsoft user specialist using Microsoft Access.  The results will then be available to the company via many forms ranging from mail and fax to email, and the world wide web.  Results can be available as early as 1 hour after receiving the equipment during normal business hours.
